Katherine N. Kmiec is a Partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the General Liability Practice.  She is licensed to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia. Her practice focuses on general liability defense in premises, auto and trucking matters.

Ms. Kmiec began her practice as a United States Navy Judge Advocate General.  After serving on active duty for 6 years, Katherine transitioned to civil practice.  Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Kmiec practiced at litigation firms in the Central Florida region in general liability matters as well as representing client in mediation and court proceedings in civil rights actions.
