Sebastian Lee is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois where he manages the Workers' Compensation Practice. He has more than 15 years of litigation and trial experience in the workers’ compensation space. In addition to serving as first chair in several bench and jury trials, Mr. Lee has conducted successful oral arguments before the California Second District Court of Appeal.

Mr. Lee represents a wide range of clients, including small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and large public institutions. Consistently achieving clients’ business objectives, he handles cases from inception through conclusion, including all phases of discovery, hearings before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, trials, and appeals. Notably, he also has defended employers against California Labor Code Section 132(a) and Serious & Willful claims. 

Mr. Lee approaches each of his cases with an eye toward resolving matters in the most cost-effective manner that is also in the best interests of his clients. He is admitted to practice in California.
