Robert Lopez is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Group. Robert's practice includes a diverse range of labor and employment matters including those involving single-plaintiff and class and PAGA litigation. Robert has represented his clients in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour actions. He has represented his clients in state court as well as other state and federal agencies and though various stages of litigation. 

Robert has also guided his clients through terminations, leaves of absences, and wage and hour questions and concerns.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Robert worked as an employment litigator at a boutique law firm.
