Jessica L. Magliette is an associate in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois. Ms. Magliette primarily focuses her practice on general liability and professional liability matters. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Magliette practiced at a civil litigation firm, where she concentrated on public entity and employee defense, including matters involving Title 59, employment law, and civil rights litigation. Her prior experience also includes the defense of personal injury and premises liability claims, providing her with a broad and well-rounded litigation background.

Ms. Magliette previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis V. Nieves, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. In that role, she conducted in-depth legal research and analysis on complex matters involving evidentiary issues, motion practice, and jury instruction; she also assisted in the drafting and review of judicial opinions. As part of her clerkship, Ms. Magliette also served as a court-appointed mediator in the Special Civil Part, assisting in the resolution of civil disputes.
