Joe Magro is an associate in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate Practice. Joe has experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and assets. Joe has extensive experience advising public and private companies and private equity funds in transactions involving public and private targets.  In addition to his mergers and acquisitions experience, Joe has experience in corporate governance affairs of public and private companies. Joe has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, oil and gas companies and technology companies.
