Alishba N. Malik is an associate in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois. Ms. Malik handles all phases of litigation in matters related to healthcare, medical malpractice, and elder law. She defends skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, correctional facilities, home healthcare agencies, and medical spas. She also represents individual healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses.

Ms. Malik received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly known as The John Marshall Law School) in May 2018, where she was a member of the Dean’s List. She received her Bachelor of Arts in justice studies with a minor in psychology from Northeastern Illinois University in May 2014. Ms. Malik is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
