Kristin Mariani is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Kristin handles cases before state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. She counsels and represents clients in a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Conducting investigations related to employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment or retaliation
