Peter Melaragno is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. Peter focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation, representing manufacturers, distributors, retailers and insurers in the defense of claims that arise from alleged exposure to hazardous materials. Peter’s experience enables him to eff ectively litigate high-exposure cases involving personal injury and wrongful death claims based on theories of strict product liability and negligent failure to warn.
