Elad Michael is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. His practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions, commercial lending, and cross-border business, with emphasis on U.S.-Israel matters.

Mr. Michael represents institutional lenders, private equity funds, developers, and operating companies in sophisticated transactions, including real estate financing (mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, construction facilities, and hard-money lending), acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, joint ventures, and complex leasing arrangements. He also advises U.S. and Israeli clients on corporate formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and commercial contracts across industries such as real estate, technology, and renewable energy. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel to mid-market companies managing cross-border expansion, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Michael practiced at a Manhattan boutique firm specializing in real estate finance, corporate transactions, and international business. He previously worked at a leading Israeli law firm, advising Israel’s largest public companies on securities regulation and compliance.

Mr. Michael is fluent in Hebrew.
