Kirk Neuner

Associate

Kirk Neuner is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Corporate Landlord, and Real Estate & Land Use Practices. He brings a diverse legal background and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to representing clients across a wide range of industries.

In his general liability practice, Kirk defends clients in matters involving premises liability, product liability, construction defect claims, and personal injury. He has extensive experience managing complex litigation and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts.

Kirk also maintains a robust real estate practice, advising U.S. and international developers, owners, and investors on all aspects of real estate transactions. His work spans entity formation, leasing (office, retail, and industrial), financing, construction, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, and environmental and title matters. He has negotiated and drafted a wide array of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, Section 1031 exchange agreements, commercial leases, construction loan documents, and real estate syndication materials.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Kirk represented clients in real property, corporate, and commercial transactions. Notably, he served as lead counsel in a $60 million limited partnership sale in Pasadena, CA and represented a property owner in a high-profile lease and development project with Starbucks Corporation. He has also managed environmental remediation projects and drafted and negotiated asset purchase/sale, stock purchase/sale, and shareholder agreements.
