Brandon O

Associate

Brandon O is an attorney in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He brings a multifaceted perspective to general liability matters, drawing from his background in litigation, landlord–tenant disputes, business law, and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. O represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in a wide variety of personal injury and general liability cases, ranging from minor automobile accidents to catastrophic losses involving wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries. He handles matters from inception to conclusion, including initial investigations, discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. His ability to manage every stage of litigation allows him to provide clients with comprehensive, results-driven strategies to resolve cases favorably.

Early in his career, Mr. O gained experience at a boutique Los Angeles firm assisting in landlord–tenant disputes, contract management for high-profile entrepreneurs and celebrities, and business formation. This early exposure to the inner workings of a law practice inspired him to launch his own company at the age of 21, offering resources and support for new attorneys starting their practices. After successfully growing and selling that business, he pursued his longstanding goal of attending law school.

After passing the California Bar, he focused on workers’ compensation defense, where his research and writing skills contributed to securing multiple rare “take nothing” judgments.

With a reputation for clear communication, strong advocacy, and collaborative problem-solving, Mr. O is committed to guiding clients through complex litigation with skill and confidence.

Outside of the office, Mr. O enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters, hiking, running half-marathons, working on his cars, and spending time with family and friends.

Clients value Mr. O’s hands-on approach, responsiveness, and diligence in moving cases forward. They know that when he is handling a matter, they don’t have to worry—he keeps them informed, pushes their cases toward resolution, and remains fully engaged from start to finish. Whether resolving matters efficiently through negotiation or preparing for trial, he is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes while balancing cost-effective representation with vigorous advocacy.
