Morgan Owen is an associate in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois, specializing in representing employers in lawsuits involving claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and related state employment laws.
A seasoned litigator and adept negotiator, Ms. Owen began her legal career as a public defender, where she tried over 35 cases to a jury. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, she worked at a boutique law firm in Denver specializing in employment litigation. While attending law school at the University of Colorado, Ms. Owen competed in and won a number of trial advocacy competitions and interned for Chief Justice Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court.
