Paola Perkins is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego Office of Lewis Brisbois with over a decade of professional legal experience. Ms. Perkins is a member of the Labor and Employment Group at Lewis Brisbois specializing and handling cases involving sexual harassment and assault, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage, meal, and hour claims, and more. 

Ms. Perkins also handles various general liability cases including traumatic brain injuries, car accidents, pedestrian v. vehicle accidents, HOA disputes, and personal injury. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Perkins worked at the San Diego District Attorney’s office in which she prosecuted various criminal cases including drug trafficking, sex crimes, economic crimes, insurance fraud, domestic violence, and more. 

While in law school, Ms. Perkins was a member of her law school’s Mock Trial Team and won various competitions. Prior to law school, Ms. Perkins worked as a Litigation Paralegal in both plaintiff and defense firms. Ms. Perkins' civil litigation experience includes a wide range of matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, worker's compensation, slip and falls, consumer and employment class actions.
