Matt Pettit is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Matt has experience in representing individuals, municipalities, and federally recognized American Indian tribes in complex environmental litigation involving personal injuries. He has defended insurance companies and their insureds in matters involving premises liability, commercial trucking, and general liability. Over his career, Matt has worked on civil and criminal matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. Matt was a member of Cumberland's Law Review, the national negotiation team, and a Caruthers Fellow. In his spare time, Matt enjoys hiking and sailing.
