Tess Ponce

Associate

Tess MacLachlan Ponce is an associate in the San Bernardino office of Lewis Brisbois, and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care Practices.

Tess proudly served as a Deputy District Attorney for eight years in a trial assignment, before joining Lewis Brisbois. Tess tried both jury trials and court trials, with charges including homicide, attempted murder, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, arson, and driving under the influence causing injury.

Tess also represents schools, churches, dioceses, other religious organizations, and other non-profit organizations in litigation involving alleged misconduct.
