Pete Pratt is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Cannabis, Hemp & Regulated Substances Practices. Pete Pratt has represented landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease disputes.  He has successfully evicted tenants as well as helped tenants to terminate leases. Pete Pratt can help any landlord or tenant to protect their rights with regard to property disputes.  He was also successfully represented parties in lien disputes, adverse possession, fraudulent conveyance, quiet title, partition, zoning, and land use matters.

Pete Pratt has represented parties in a variety of cannabis related matters in Nevada.  Among other cases, Pete represented a party in the landmark litigation that opened up Nevada’s cannabis licensing system beyond a few preferred companies, including appellate representation on the matter.  Pete also represented a licensed cannabis manufacturer in a dispute with its general contractor building its Nevada production facility.  Pete understands the complicated Nevada cannabis regulatory scheme and is ready to represent any party in a Nevada cannabis dispute.
