Mitchell “Mitch” Reaves is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Reaves has experience defending insurance companies, their insureds and self-insured companies against commercial automobile/trucking liability, premises liability, and various other commercial litigation claims. 

Mr. Reaves has experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, participating in settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

A graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and Auburn University, Mr. Reaves worked in corporate finance for several years prior to attending law school. While attending the Georgia State University College of Law, Mr. Reaves interned with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the in-house counsel department of a Fortune 500 company.
