Franchezka Reichard-Labault is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois where she focuses on general liability litigation, helping clients mitigate risk and resolve disputes efficiently through strategic defense.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Reichard-Labault was an associate at a New York law firm where her focus was on matters involving asbestos exposure. During her time there, Ms. Reichard-Labault was tasked with the defense of several product distributors and manufacturers, which included drafting motions, developing ongoing discovery, conducting depositions, working up cases, and assisting in the preparation of asbestos-related trials. Ms. Reichard-Labault’s legal career began at a boutique firm in New York City where she handled matters involving general liability, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation in both New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Reichard-Labault received her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 2017, where she was a member of the school’s Negotiation Team. Throughout her law school years, Ms. Reichard-Labault received several Dean’s List Awards, in addition to receiving the CHHEP Outstanding Academic Award. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Marquette University in 2014.
