Morgan Salisbury is a partner in the Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY offices of Lewis Brisbois. He is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. His practice focuses on civil litigation with a special emphasis on defending transportation companies, restaurants, firearms manufacturers, contractors, and other businesses from claims involving personal injury, property damage, environmental claims, and other losses. Morgan also has experience representing banking clients in litigation involving garnishment of debtor wages, renewal of judgement liens, and domesticating out of state judgments.
Morgan earned his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, where he graduated cum laude in May 2012. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Morgan also holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Morehead State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Morgan closely follows innovative technological trends, including the rise of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.
