Peter’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. His experience includes handling cases involving all types of litigation, such as premises and automobile liability, construction and product defect, professional liability, property damage and coverage actions. 

Peter defends all types of commercial properties, including apartment complexes, restaurants, and other retail establishments, as well as construction companies, contractor, property owners, and management companies. Through trial and appeal, he has handled cases at both the state and federal levels achieving favorable results for his clients. 

With more than 29 years in practice, Peter has extensive experience and he is sought out by insurance companies and their insureds to successfully defend them in a variety of matters. These include, commercial and personal auto/truck negligence, product liability, Dram Shop liability, wrongful death, professional liability, construction defect, and commercial disputes. He has successfully counseled clients on a variety of complex legal issues and has a demonstrated record of success both in and out of the courtroom. Peter represents clients of all sizes in complex litigation matters, including individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities.
