Dan Scapicchio is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability and Appellate Practices. Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Justice Frank M. Gaziano at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. 

Dan is a 2021 graduate of Carleton College and a 2024 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. In Law School, Dan sat on the editorial board of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
