Aaron Smallets is an associate in the New York office of the Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability, Legal Malpractice Defense, and General Liability practices. Aaron handles a wide array of premises liability cases, defends motor carriers and owners/contractors in construction defect and New York Labor Law cases.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Smallets was an associate attorney at a full-service law firm in Carle Place, New York, where he represented clients in a wide range of state and federal civil rights and employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Mr. Smallets also interned for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Before law school Mr. Smallets worked as both a writer and producer in Entertainment and News Production.
