Jeremy Stephenson is a skilled litigator and trusted advisor to clients ranging from large corporations and global insurance carriers, to small local businesses and occasionally individual corporate executives, in matters involving labor and employment risks, including non competes and trade secret protections, and all facets of discrimination and accommodation, policies, contracts, and trainings, as well as professional liability and catastrophic tort liability litigation, in defense of matters in state and federal courts, from initial demand letters, mediations/arbitrations, through first chair jury trials and successful arguments before the North Carolina Supreme Court. He also serves as client relationship lead counsel for several national clients managing their litigation across the country.
He volunteers his time as pro bono attorney for the Telra Institute, a public non-profit charter school for talented and gifted children, is on the Board of Directors of the Log Cabin Republicans of Charlotte, and coaches middle school Cross Country at his daughter Hazel’s school. He is an avid marathon runner and coach with his wife Christi, using it as vehicle to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
