Gabriella Stroude is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property & Technology, and Entertainment, Media & Sports Practices. 

Gabriella received a dual degree in 2023 from Georgia State University, earning both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. While in law school, she served as the Vice President for the Intellectual Property Law Society and a research assistant to the Director of the school’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Law Center. She also participated in the International Trademark Association’s annual Moot Court Competition. Throughout law school, Gabriella gained invaluable knowledge by interning at various firms and companies that focused on entertainment or intellectual property, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor and MBA, Gabriella received a Master of Global Merchandising and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. Before attending law school, Gabriella spent several years as a retail buyer for various global brands. Gabriella’s demonstrated acumen in business and product development assists her in understanding clients’ needs across a broad spectrum of business industries.
