Andrew Switlyk is a partner in the Reno office of Lewis Brisbois and maintains a broad civil litigation practice which encompasses complex commercial disputes, general civil litigation, and insurance and appellate matters. In addition to his general litigation practice, Mr. Switlyk represents insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes and advises on claims handling and policy interpretation. 

Mr. Switlyk brings a diverse professional background which includes serving as an assistant public defender and practicing in private firms, where he handled a broad range of litigation and transactional matters. He also worked as a senior engineering manager in Silicon Valley at LinkedIn and leverages his experience managing complex technical initiatives and teams to inform his analytical and business-focused approach to complex litigation.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Switlyk enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, coaching his sons’ various sports teams, and snowboarding with his family.
