Brad Vornholt is a partner in the firm's General Liability Practice Group. His practice focuses on defending wrongful death and personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle, motorcycle, trucking, and construction site accidents. His clients range from small owner-operators to multinational public companies and public entities. Mr. Vornholt also defends grocery store chains, apartment complexes, restaurants, fitness centers, medical facilities, and large retail establishments in premises liability and general negligence matters.

His product liability practice includes representing helmet manufacturers, power tool companies, and fire truck manufacturers. In addition, he is frequently retained by excess insurance carriers to monitor and manage high-exposure cases. Mr. Vornholt has successfully tried both bench and jury trials in California.

Clients appreciate Mr. Vornholt’s meticulous attention to detail—regardless of a case’s size. He takes pride in maintaining an intimate knowledge of each case, understanding his clients' objectives, and exercising the initiative to develop creative solutions. Known for his pragmatic and efficient approach, he works closely with clients to quickly identify the core issues and implement reasoned, strategic plans to resolve disputes.

Mr. Vornholt also represents homeowner associations, government entities, and private landowners in matters involving land use, title disputes, landslides, inverse condemnation, and related torts. His litigation experience spans a wide range of complex matters, including intentional torts, sex trafficking claims, mass shootings, medical malpractice, habitability issues, and construction defects.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Vornholt is a proud father of two boys. He enjoys spending time on the sidelines, coaching and cheering on his sons alongside his wife, Meredith.
