Emily Wasserman is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice with a focus on appellate work. She is an experienced litigator both in court and on the page. She brings her extensive investigative experience, developed over six years as an Assistant United States Attorney working closely with her law enforcement partners to Lewis Brisbois’ clients. Her work focuses on uncovering and terminating the extensive fraudulent claims made against our clients, perpetrated by claimants and attorneys alike, which wrongly cost our clients millions of dollars.
