Brooke Winters is a partner in the Salt Lake City office of Lewis Brisbois. Brooke is licensed to practice in Utah and Colorado. She is a member of the General Liability Practice which includes complex personal injury and insurance defense, insurance subrogation, large loss fire claims, and wrongful death claims. She has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration and jury trials.

Brookes professional experience includes service as in-house counsel for a property and casualty insurance company, securities analyst for the state of Utah and criminal defense.

Prior to law school, Brooke had a successful career as a legal assistant and paralegal working for a personal injury firm, the courts and the Department of Justice working in the organized crime/drug enforcement and immigration units.

Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, gardening and just enjoying life. She is dedicated to public service and volunteers her time and supports several charitable organizations giving aid to children, veterans and animals.
