Xuan (Amber) Zhao is an associate in the Sacramento office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate and Securities & Corporate Finance Practices. Amber graduated from Peking University in 2018 with dual degrees (J.M. in Chinese Law and J.D. in U.S. Law), and from the University of California, Berkeley in 2022 with an LL.M. and recognition for the Business Law Certificate. She is experienced in the Chinese PE/VC and corporate matters, and has passed the Chinese bar. Amber is licensed to practice in New York and California, and currently focuses on corporate and securities matters, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, de-SPAC transactions, and compliance.
