Jesse Zirillo is the administrative partner in the Pittsburgh office of Lewis Brisbois and co-chair of the Energy, Marine & Power Practice.

Jesse has substantial experience handling a wide range of matters for clients in the energy, natural resources, and real estate industries along with a myriad of other business industries. His practice includes matters pertaining to land and title; due diligence; acquisitions and divestitures; public and private financing transactions and other corporate and business related transactions. In addition, he is well versed in all contracts and agreements frequently used in these industries. Jesse also handles litigation for his clients, managing the litigation matters strategically with the client’s ultimate business goals in mind to achieve the best financial impacts and business solutions.

Additionally, Mr. Zirillo has experience working in-house with a large international oil and gas company and for a national law firm.
