Andrew Zuckerman is an associate in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Corporate Practice. Andrew focuses his practice on a variety of corporate, securities and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, company formation and corporate governance.

Andrew has represented broker-dealers, investment advisers, fund managers, financial technology (FinTech) companies and other financial industry clients across a variety of regulatory and enforcement matters. In addition, Andrew has assisted clients on state and federal securities law issues and has worked with clients on their international and cross-border business initiatives, hedge fund formations, cryptocurrency and payments systems.

Prior to Andrew joining the legal field, he held several business-focused positions within investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and a private equity firm.

In law school, Andrew served as a Fellow at the University of Miami School of Law Investor Rights Clinic and was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review.
