UPDATE: New York Governor Signs Into Law Chapter Amendment & Revision to Comprehensive Insurance Disclosure Act

New York, N.Y. (February 28, 2022) - New York Governor Kathy Hochul has now signed into law Senate Bill 7882A, which encompasses the revision and the chapter amendment to the Comprehensive Insurance Disclosure Act (CIDA).
