Candis Jones to Join GAWL ‘Path to Empowerment’ Virtual Series

Atlanta, Ga. (March 24, 2022) – Atlanta Partner Candis R. Jones will join an upcoming Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) webinar on women in leadership positions in the legal field, on March 29 at 6:30 p.m. ET.

In this informative 60-minute session titled “Women on the Run Pt. 3-What Do We Need to Get There?,” Ms. Jones and her expert co-panelists will provide an overview of their career paths, and insights for young women entering the profession. Ms. Jones will be representing Gate City Bar Association, an organization in which she was installed as President last year.

Ms. Jones is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice. Representing a wide array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and a major metropolitan transit authority, she focuses her practice on insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Ms. Jones was named a lawyer named a lawyer "On the Rise” by the Daily Report as part of its 2021 Georgia Law Awards, and to Atlanta Magazine’s 2022 “Atlanta 500” list.
