Charles Cole Presents on Defending Damage Claims in Medical Malpractice Cases at TeamHealth Annual Seminar

Chicago, Ill. (September 25, 2024) – Chicago Partner Charles Cole presented an analysis of defending damage claims in medical malpractice cases at the TeamHealth Annual Seminar of Invited Attorneys, hosted on September 13 at the Marriott Hilton Head Resort in South Carolina.

In this informative presentation, Mr. Cole highlighted three ways how defense attorneys can defend these cases - liability, proximate cause, and damages. He also delved into strategies that can be used effectively, such as usage of medical experts and a balanced closing statement.

Mr. Cole is a member of the Medical Malpractice Department, and spends the majority his time defending physicians and other healthcare providers. He has tried more than 80 cases to verdict involving multi-million-dollar exposures.
