Cheneise Wright Elected to Delaware Legal Community Leadership Positions
Wilmington, Del. (August 25, 2022) – Wilmington Associate Cheneise V. Wright was recently elected Vice President of the Delaware Barristers Association, and Secretary of the Delaware State Bar Association’s (DSBA) Litigation Section.
The Delaware Barristers Association is a nonprofit organization which hosts year-round events for members of the Delaware legal community. Ms. Wright previously served as the organization’s Recording Secretary for the 2021-2022 bar year.
The DSBA Litigation Section seeks to enhance communication between the bench and the bar, promote the professional development and interests of its members, and improve members’ public service in advancing civil matters in Delaware.
Ms. Wright is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation, and has experience litigating high-stakes disputes between corporations and stockholders, members and managers of limited liability companies, and other forms of entities. Ms. Wright was recently named to The National Back Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” list.
