Deborah Smith Appointed to International Association of Defense Counsel Membership
San Francisco, Calif. (November 27, 2023) – San Francisco Partner Deborah Smith was recently appointed as a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), a highly selective and invitation-only network of leading corporate executives and attorneys across the globe. Members include distinguished partners, senior counsel in corporate, insurance law departments, and insurance executives.

Ms. Smith is a member of the Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practices. She has more than 20 years of experience successfully defending clients in mediation, arbitration and trial. Ms. Smith has handled hundreds of cases from beginning to end and has first chaired a number of cases through jury selection, opening statement and to a defense verdict.
