Emily Rutter Joins Utah Defense Lawyers Association as Member

Salt Lake City, Utah. (August 11, 2025) – Salt Lake City Associate Emily L. Rutter recently joined the Utah Defense Lawyers Association (UDLA) as a member.

The UDLA promotes professional development through the exchange of litigation techniques to enhance the knowledge of civil defense lawyers in the state. One of the many local organizational affiliates of The Defense Research Institute (DRI), UDLA provides its members access to national and international networks, and a variety of CLE programs on various legal topics of interest.

“I am excited to be associated with UDLA and look forward to working with so many great civil defense attorneys,” said Ms. Rutter on her membership.

Ms. Rutter is a member of the General Liability practice group. Her background includes extensive experience supporting all aspects of complex commercial and general civil litigation matters, trial preparations and support, as well as participation in mediations, and arbitrations.
