James Doyle and Robert Walker to Speak on Product Liability and Cyber Insurance Issues at KIIC in Korea
Atlanta, Ga. (May 30, 2025) – Atlanta & Charleston Administrative Partner James R. Doyle and Jackson Partner Robert F. Walker will speak on product liability and cyber insurance, respectively, at the Korea International Insurance Conference (KIIC) 2025 in Seoul, South Korea on June 4.
For the Cyber Insurance segment, Mr. Walker will present a keynote speech on “Understanding The Landscape of Cybersecurity Claims in the United States” before joining a panel discussion on “The Role of Cyber Insurance in Managing Cyber Incidents.” For the Product Liability segment, Mr. Doyle will present a keynote speech on “U.S Litigation Trends – Nuclear Verdicts and their Impact on Underwriting and Case Handling” before moderating a panel discussion on “Product Liability for Artificial Intelligence and PFAS Risk.”

Mr. Walker is a chair of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. Robert counsels companies, including management teams and boards of directors, in response to security incidents and data breach investigations involving malware, network intrusion, inadvertent disclosure and ransomware.
