Jennifer Yuen Presents on Medical Professional Liability Claims at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
New York, N.Y. (September 5, 2023) – On August 30, New York Partner Jennifer W. Yuen presented an informative panel at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital at the invitation of the organization's Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program leadership.
This live lecture to the Emergency Medicine Grand Rounds, titled, "Medical Malpractice in the Emergency Room: Risk Management Recommendations to Optimize the Delivery of Good Patient Care and to Minimize Exposure to Medical Professional Liability Claims," was attended by risk management professionals, attending physicians, professors of medicine, and residents of NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, Weill-Cornell, and Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Ms. Yuen is a member of the Medical Malpractice, Healthcare, Long-Term Care, Construction, General Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation and Products Liability practice groups at Lewis Brisbois. She represents private and public individual and institutional clients pre-suit through trial and manages a medical malpractice, construction and general liability litigation defense and trial team at the firm’s New York office.
