Jessica Beckwith to Join State Bar of Arizona Ethics Café Webinar
Phoenix, Ariz. (February 8, 2022) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will speak at an upcoming webinar, part of the “Ethics Café” series hosted by the State Bar of Arizona on March 1 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
In a 60-minute session titled “Ethics Cafe: ER 1.16 - Declining or Terminating Representation,” Ms. Beckwith and her co-panelists will discuss best practices of declining or terminating legal representation. CLE credits are available.
Ms. Beckwith serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel at Lewis Brisbois. She has extensive experience in attorney regulation and ethics and has advised law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and State Bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, disqualification issues, bar admissions, and other ethics issues. She is also frequently retained as an expert witness in attorney ethics matters.
