Jessica Beckwith to Present Davis Miles McGuire Gardner Women’s Initiative Ethics CLE
Los Angeles, Calif. (March 10, 2022) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will present a CLE session on social media ethics rules, hosted by Davis Miles McGuire Gardner Women’s Initiative at University Club of Phoenix on March 29 at 6:00 p.m. PT.
In this informative 90-minute networking and dinner event, Ms. Beckwith will discuss social media ethics rules for referrals in the legal industry.
Ms. Beckwith serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel at Lewis Brisbois. She has extensive experience in attorney regulation and ethics and has advised law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and State Bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, disqualification issues, bar admissions, and other ethics issues. She is also frequently retained as an expert witness in attorney ethics matters.
