Josh Curry to Join State Bar of Georgia Panel on Patent Law Case Decisions
Atlanta, Ga. (October 20, 2023) – Atlanta Partner Joshua D. Curry will join the State Bar of Georgia Intellectual Property Law Section’s upcoming panel on patent law case decisions, hosted at the State Bar Conference Center on October 26 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
Mr. Curry will be joined by co-panelists Hala Mourad (Partner, Lee & Hayes) and Andrew Strickland (General Counsel, Unirac Inc.) for an informative 60-minute session which will provide key insights on some of the most important patent decisions from the last year and their impact. Mr. Curry is vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. He serves as lead counsel in patent, intellectual property, and technology litigation cases and is a registered patent attorney. An experienced litigator with a physics degree and considerable technical expertise, Mr. Curry helps clients effectively achieve their business goals when enforcing and defending their IP rights. He has served in IP leadership positions, been highly ranked by peers and publications, and represented clients in all phases of litigation and a wide range of technologies in courts and proceedings throughout the United States.
