Kate Svinarich to Join AWI Webinar on Clear and Convincing Evidence Investigative Standard
Denver, Co. (March 21, 2025) – Denver Associate Kate Svinarich will speak at an upcoming Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) webinar, titled “Clear and Convincing Evidence - When, Why and How to Enhance Your Investigation Standard,” on April 9 at 11:00 a.m. PT.
In this 60-minute informative session, Ms. Svinarich will explore the clear and convincing evidence investigative standard and its application in workplace investigations. Attendees will gain insights on burden-shifting tests in employment claims, differences between investigative standards, and practical strategies for applying a heightened standard when analyzing facts. CLE credits are available.
