Kevin Hermanson Accepted into ABOTA

Walnut Creek, Calif. (July 11, 2024) - Lewis Brisbois is pleased to announce that Walnut Creek Administrative Partner Kevin J. Hermanson was recently accepted as a new member of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) during the organization’s National Board Meeting in Seattle, Washington on June 29, 2024.

In discussing his acceptance into the organization, Mr. Hermanson noted, "It is an honor to become a member of ABOTA. I am excited about the opportunity to work with talented trial lawyers and judges across the country as we advance the organization’s important goals.”

Mr. Hermanson is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability, Transportation, and National Trial Practices. He focuses his practice on high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Hermanson has successfully defended dozens of jury trials, binding arbitrations, and bench trials that have resulted in favorable verdicts.
