Lewis Brisbois Bolsters New York No-Fault Capabilities With Addition of Veteran Kevin Davis

New York, N.Y. (December 12, 2023) - Lewis Brisbois has bolstered its expansive capabilities in no-fault insurance law with the addition of Kevin Davis to its New York office as a Partner and member of the firm’s Transportation and General Liability Practices. Mr. Davis comes to Lewis Brisbois from a large national carrier, where he served as a senior attorney in the no-fault and SIU unit. 

Mr. Davis’ practice is primarily focused on defending insurance carriers and third-party administrators in no-fault litigation and arbitration matters. He has over 15 years of experience in investigating claimant and healthcare provider fraud and minimizing payouts in thousands of cases for one of the largest writers of auto insurance in New York. During his extensive SIU work, Mr. Davis conducted hundreds of examinations under oath of claimants, treating physicians and owners of medical facilities regarding motor vehicle accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and structure of professional corporations.
