Lewis Brisbois Welcomes Experienced Trial Attorney Back to Phoenix Office After Less Than A Year
Phoenix, Ariz. (August 28, 2024) - Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Stephen Hoffman back to its Phoenix Office as a partner in the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Professional Liability, and National Trial Practices. Mr. Hoffman is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience. He practiced in Lewis Brisbois’ Phoenix and Albuquerque offices for more than 18 years, serving as the administrative partner for the Albuquerque office during the latter part of his tenure. Less than one year ago, Mr. Hoffman joined another national law firm as the managing partner of its Albuquerque office and has now returned to Lewis Brisbois.
A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Mr. Hoffman has extensive trial, arbitration, and litigation experience representing commercial and professional clients and insurers. His multifaceted practice that spans Arizona and New Mexico includes handling matters pertaining to toxic torts, complex commercial disputes, products liability cases, as well as catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
In discussing his return to Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Hoffman explained, “I am happy to be practicing at Lewis Brisbois once again. During the many years that I previously spent at the firm, I developed close relationships with my colleagues and clients. Mr. Hoffman earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University. He is admitted to practice in state and federal court in Arizona and New Mexico.
