Meredith Kaplan Stoma to Present on Impact of AI on Legal Malpractice at NJICLE Seminar
Newark, N.J. (May 28, 2024) – Newark Partner Meredith Kaplan Stoma will present at an upcoming seminar hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on June 14 at 11:20 a.m. ET.
Ms. Stoma will deliver a 30-minute presentation, titled “Impact of AI on Legal Malpractice.” Moderated by Scott B. Piekarsky (Offit Kurmanand), this informative full-day seminar will cover a range of legal malpractice topics, including ethical issues, fee splitting, referral fees, emotional distress damages, and more.
