National Deal Team Closes $28.7 Million Asset Sale Transaction
Houston, Texas (December 27, 2019) - A national team led by Houston Partner Cleve J. Glenn, Cleveland Partner David A. Campbell, and Fort Lauderdale Partner Jeffrey Weinstock recently advised a truck franchisee and its owners on the sale of its business assets in a transaction valued at $28.7 million. The transaction closed on an accelerated timeline and required collaboration from attorneys across several of Lewis Brisbois’ practice areas, including Corporate, Finance, Labor & Employment, and Commercial Litigation.
