New York Team to Present Seminar on Best Strategies in NY No-Fault Cases

New York, N.Y. (January 5, 2024) – Lewis Brisbois’ National Managing Partner Gregory S. Katz and New York Partner Kevin Davis will present a seminar on best strategies in handling New York no-fault cases on January 23 at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Lewis Brisbois will host this online seminar, titled “Update on New York No-Fault Law & How to Effectively Utilize an Aggressive SIU Investigation,” on recent proven strategies to win these cases, and how a strong SIU investigation can send the right message to providers across the state.

Mr. Katz serves as co-chair of the firm’s General Liability and Transportation Practices. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has over 20 years of experience in defending cases in state and federal court. He also formed and oversees the firm’s 24/7 Rapid Response On Call Transportation Team.

Kevin Davis is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the firms’ Transportation & General Liability Practices. Mr. Davis’ practice is primarily focused on defending insurance carriers and third-party administrators in no-fault litigation and arbitrations, investigating claims, and advising clients on best practices in claims handling to ensure compliance with the complex Insurance Department No-Fault regulations.
