Tawana Johnson Named Co-Chair of the SafeHouse Initiative
Atlanta, Ga. (February 5, 2025) - Atlanta Partner Tawana Johnson has been named a Co-Chair of the SafeHouse Initiative, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cybersecurity awareness and education.
Ms. Johnson, who also serves as a Vice Chair of Lewis Brisbois' Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, expressed enthusiasm for her new role at the organization, to which she has been a regular contributor.

The SafeHouse Initiative Co-Chairs and Founding Members Alan Gin and Jeff Edwards said Ms. Johnson will be a valuable addition to the organization's leadership.

Ms. Johnson's practice focuses on helping clients respond to cybersecurity incidents, comply with state and federal data privacy requirements, and respond to state and federal regulatory investigations. She consults as data breach counsel for clients who have experienced cybersecurity incidents, including business email compromise, wire fraud and ransomware attacks, and is part of a team that is on call 24/7 to assist clients with breach response services throughout the United States and Canada.
